Areas of focus
At just 16 years old, Alex can already look back on considerable success in karting. Since starting six years ago, he has rapidly developed into one of Germany's most promising young talents. Winning the 2021 International German Kart Championship, as well as numerous titles and race wins in 2022, underscore his exceptional skill and determination.
In 2023, Alex took the step onto the international stage and was among the top drivers in the European Championship. He also represented Germany at the Karting World Championship in Portimão, Portugal. As the youngest driver in his category, he also holds the FIA Silver License – further proof of his exceptional talent and professional development.
Areas of focus
Metis GmbH is a private training and consulting center with locations in Stuttgart and Esslingen. Since its founding in 1998, it has supported people in gaining a foothold in the professional world – especially job seekers, immigrants, and people who want to expand their qualifications.
The focus of our work is on language support, vocational training, and individual counseling. Metis offers German and integration courses at various levels, supplemented by application coaching and job market-related training. The goal is to strengthen participants linguistically, professionally, and personally so that they can be successfully integrated into the job market.
Through close cooperation with authorities, educational institutions and companies, Metis GmbH pursues a practice-oriented approach that promotes sustainable employment and social participation.
BD Consultants supports Metis at cost price in recruiting and staffing internal personnel.
Areas of focus
The Zukunft Klassik association was founded in 2021 during the Corona pandemic. It operates as a non-profit organization and aims to promote young musicians in the field of classical music. Its primary focus is creating and supporting regular performance opportunities for emerging artists.
Zukunft Klassik eV also collaborates with concert promoters and helps to overcome financial obstacles in realizing concerts. In particular, this aims to enable projects that would not be economically viable without funding.
In addition to supporting young musicians, the association also supports artists from developing countries and non-profit ensembles. Overall, Zukunft Klassik eV aims to strengthen emerging artists in classical music and preserve cultural diversity in concert performances.
BD Consultants supports Zukunft Klassik in the search for classical music-enthusiastic sponsors and donors, as well as in gaining visibility on business media.
