- Data sharing occurs only in specific projects and with authorized individuals. Applicants are informed in advance and may opt out of sharing their data.
- BD Consultants GmbH does not plan to send newsletters or unsolicited emails that involve data processing. If such communication occurs, it will only be with documented consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- Applicant data is stored for the duration of the recruitment process and for up to six months afterward for evidentiary purposes. Applicants may authorize permanent data storage, subject to a 24-month consent review.
3) Collection and Processing of Personal Data through Active Search
BD Consultants GmbH conducts "active searches" for potential candidates via career networks, focusing only on publicly accessible areas. If a candidate is identified, contact is made with clear communication about the role and intentions.
Further processing or storage of the candidate's data occurs only with explicit consent, as outlined in Section 2. In exceptional cases, where contact cannot be established, data may be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, assuming it aligns with the candidate's interests.
